The agreement governing painting contractors who participate in the Red Brush lead program.
Last updated: January 1, 2025
To participate in the Red Brush lead program, painting contractors must meet the following minimum requirements at all times during their participation:
Red Brush reserves the right to request proof of licensing and insurance at any time. Failure to provide documentation upon request, or discovery that a contractor does not meet eligibility requirements, may result in immediate account suspension.
Red Brush delivers leads to contractors in real time via SMS and email notification. Each lead notification includes the homeowner's name, phone number, email address, property location, project type, timeline, and any additional details provided by the homeowner.
The 4-Contractor Cap: Every lead distributed through the Red Brush platform is contractually limited to a maximum of four (4) painting contractors. This cap is absolute, non-negotiable, and cannot be overridden by any paid upgrade, premium tier, or other means. Red Brush enforces this cap technically and contractually.
Lead distribution is based on contractor service area settings, project type preferences, and platform rotation criteria. Contractors are matched to leads that fall within their defined service area and align with the project categories selected in their account settings.
Red Brush does not guarantee a minimum volume of leads per day, week, or month. Lead volume is subject to demand in your service area and the accuracy of your account configuration.
Red Brush operates on a per-lead pricing model. Contractors are charged a flat fee for each qualifying lead delivered to their account. Lead pricing varies based on market, project type, and current demand and will be communicated to contractors at the time of account setup.
Red Brush reserves the right to adjust lead pricing with thirty (30) days advance written notice to active contractors.
Red Brush is committed to delivering qualified leads that meet defined quality standards. If you believe a lead does not meet these standards, you may submit a dispute within five (5) business days of lead delivery.
To submit a dispute: Contact our contractor support team at support@redbrushpainting.com with the lead ID, delivery timestamp, and a description of the quality issue.
Valid grounds for dispute include:
Red Brush will review all disputes within five (5) business days. If a dispute is upheld, a credit equal to the lead charge will be applied to your account. Credits do not expire and will be applied against future lead charges.
Contractors who participate in the Red Brush platform agree to uphold the following professional conduct standards:
Failure to maintain these standards may result in performance review, lead volume reduction, or account termination at Red Brush's discretion.
Red Brush reserves the right to suspend or terminate a contractor account for any of the following reasons:
In cases of suspected fraud or serious misconduct, Red Brush may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice. In all other cases, we will provide written notice and an opportunity to cure the issue within ten (10) business days where practicable.
Contractors may pause lead delivery at any time through their account settings or by contacting contractor support. Pausing stops new leads from being delivered but does not affect outstanding charges for leads already received.
To cancel your contractor account, contact support@redbrushpainting.com. Cancellations take effect within two (2) business days of confirmed request. Any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation remains due and payable. Credits on account at the time of cancellation are non-refundable but will be applied against any outstanding balance.
There are no cancellation fees, early termination penalties, or long-term contract obligations associated with the Red Brush lead program.
Homeowner contact information and project details shared through the Red Brush platform are provided exclusively for the purpose of allowing the contractor to respond to that specific lead. Contractors agree to treat all homeowner data as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose for which it was provided.
Contractors expressly agree not to:
Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Contractor Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Red Brush may update these Contractor Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify active contractors by email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to revised Contractor Terms, you may cancel your account prior to the effective date without penalty.
